Which symptoms are useful to report?

Jet cleaning

  • Controlled water cleaning can remove packed dust from suitable coils and blower surfaces. The technician protects electronics and collects runoff.

Chemical cleaning

  • Used selectively for stubborn deposits after inspection. The technician checks coil compatibility and rinsing access before choosing a cleaner.

Poor cooling

  • Airflow, settings and outdoor heat rejection are checked before refrigerant work. Suspected leakage calls for leak diagnosis before any recharge.

Drips and noise

  • A blocked drain or poorly seated pipe can cause a drip. A loose mount, worn bearing or damaged blower can cause vibration.

Installation and relocation

  • Discuss mounting, piping route, outdoor access, drainage and electrical requirements before scheduling.

Refrigerant leak diagnosis and gas filling

  • Check for signs of a leak and discuss repair feasibility first. Recharge uses the refrigerant type and quantity specified for the unit.

Compressor diagnosis, repair or replacement

  • Check supply, starting or inverter controls and cooling circuit conditions before deciding whether compressor replacement is viable.

Indoor blower and outdoor fan

  • Inspect airflow, speed and bearing noise. Discuss motor, wheel or blade replacement when damage is confirmed.

Control board and temperature sensors

  • Trace intermittent shutdowns, incorrect temperature readings and start failures before quoting a board or sensor.

Drain line and insulation

  • Inspect drain fall, blockages, indoor condensation and pipe insulation when water appears near the unit.
