Which symptoms are useful to report?

Fridge warm, freezer cold

  • Obstructed vents, fan issues and frost accumulation can reduce cold airflow into the fresh-food section.

Heavy frost

  • Door sealing, frequent opening and defrost faults produce different patterns. Share where and how quickly frost develops.

Water underneath

  • Check whether it follows defrost, door opening or dispenser use. Drain and water-supply paths differ by model.

Runs continuously

  • Share temperature settings, loading changes and ventilation around the cabinet. Sealed-system work follows diagnosis.

Compressor diagnosis and replacement

  • Check startup, power, temperature and cooling circuit behaviour before quoting sealed-system work.

Refrigerant leak repair and recharge

  • Assess leak location and repair feasibility before charging the unit to its model specification.

Defrost heater, sensor and fan

  • Inspect airflow and frost pattern to distinguish fan, defrost and control problems.

Door gasket and drainage

  • Check seal contact, door alignment and water paths before recommending a gasket or drain repair.
